Procrastination & Numbness
That’s the problem that I have. And today, that behaviour or habit of mine, pissed the fuck out of me. Yes, I have to use that vocabulary to explicitly express the discontentment I have with myself.
At around 6pm, I was discussing some stuff with my colleague for some minor changes to the formula in the excelsheet and it suddenly dawn upon me that this was something I wanted to do long ago....

Today was productive, a leave from work well spent.
Brought mum for acupuncture in the morning
Visited the dentist and he said I’ve very healthy gums, been brushing my teeth well.
Went Ikea to get some stuff.
